Before retiring Mike worked for Penn Dot as a heavy equipment operator. He was also known to many by the CB handle of “Snow Plow” and big Mike due to his stature and strength. He loved and took great pride in his work and made many lifelong special friends. He also worked at US Steel prior to working for Penn Dot and at a young age worked in the brick yard. In his younger years he was an avid hunter and a lifelong member of the Oak Woods Hunting Camp in Clinton County. After retirement he enjoyed trout fishing and took great pride in his vegetable garden and his 1956 Cadillac. But the greatest moment of his life was when he accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior which brought him comfort and peace in his final days.
