Vicki L. Parker, 55, of Imler passed away on Tuesday, June 30, 2026 at Garrett Regional Medical Center.

She was born on January 23, 1971 in Bedford; daughter of the late Gene and Shirley (Claycomb) Feathers.

On June 28, 1998, she married Sean Parker, they just celebrated their 28 year anniversary.

She was preceded in death by her parents; step-dad, Jay Claycomb; and brother, Chris Feathers.

She is survived by her loving husband, Sean; and sister, Cindey and husband Jim Robertson of Alum Bank; Aunt Ellen; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Vicki was a 1989 graduate of Claysburg High School. She was a member of the Faith Baptist Church of Altoona. She loved spending time with her family and friends. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

Friends and family will be received on Thursday, July 2 from 6 to 9 p.m. at the J. Edward Blackburn Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held on Friday, July 3rd at 11 a.m. will Pastor Gary Dull officiating at the J. Edward Blackburn Funeral Home.

Interment will be at the Pavia Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her memory to the American Heart Association or National Kidney foundation.
