Tammy Hiett, 53, of New Paris, passed away unexpectedly in a car accident.

She was born on November 23, 1970 in Bedford; daughter of Henry Noel and the late Louise (Cornell) Bowser.

She is preceded in death by her mother; grandparents, Albert and Elsie (Bagley) Noel and Elwood and Marie (Hafer) Cornell.

She is survived by her significant other, Doug Mitchell; children, William Cook of Bedford; Jon Cook of WV; Priscilla Cook of WV; Lacey Wiley of WV; step-daughter, Shawne Mitchell of New Paris; 8 grandchildren; brothers, James Noel and Ronald Bowser Jr.

Tammy was a free spirit and loved to ride motorcycles. She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.
