Shirley M. (Farber) Willey, 70, of New Paris, passed away Friday, May 15, 2015 at Windber Medical Center Hospice.
She was born on June 24, 1944, in Altoona, the daughter of the late Don and Alice (Bragonier) Farber.
On June 26, 1971, she married Burl R. Willey of New Paris.
Shirley is survived by her husband Burl; children, Bill Willey married to Lorie (Mock) of Lovely; Becky Murphy married to Doug Murphy of New Paris; Brad Willey married to Kim (Sarver) of Schellsburg; Step daughter, Mary (Willey) Astacio; Grandchildren, Lenè Willey, Trenden Willey, Treven Willey, Raylee Willey, Maleah Murphy, Jaycub Willey, Elleonna Willey, Bray Willey; step grandson, Jason Ritchey, and siblings, Kenny, Nancy, Larry, and Paul.
Shirley was very caring and a loving wife and mother who loved her family dearly, especially her grandchildren and her cat, Sweetie. She enjoyed crafting, crocheting, taking lots of pictures, watching her grandchildren’s sporting events, picnics and spending time with her family.
A private service will be held for the family.
Interment will be at the Greenlawn Cemetery.
