Sharon D. Bowser, 75, of Main Street, Osterburg, passed away on Wednesday, January 24, 2024 at home.
She was born on November 23, 1948, in Bedford; daughter of the late Wallace (Tarz) and Elfrieda (Weyant) Harclerode.
On May 6, 1996, she was united in marriage to William (Bill) Bowser, who preceded her in death on August 30, 2020.
Along with her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a half-brother, George Beckett, Sr.
She is survived by son, Roland Markle Jr. (Christine); daughter, Lesa Bondura (Mario); Tina Weist (Vernon); Cindy Emerick (Aaron); Heather Kegg; sisters, Carole Lott (Bob); Patricia Kinzey; Margaret (Peg) Fleegle; Connie Stiffler (Gus); 10 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. She had a very special grandson, Aaron Emerick II.
Sharon was active with the Bedford Outreach Food Pantry, Toys for Tots, Abuse Center, and the CB Club. But her pride was her Band called Shade, Sharon, & the rythmaires.
Sharon will be missed by everyone that knew and loved her.

Friends and family will be received on Sunday, January 28 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. at the J. Edward Blackburn Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held on Monday, January 29 at 11 a.m. with Donald “Gus” Stiffler officiating at the J. Edward Blackburn Funeral Home.
Interment will be held at the Imler Valley Cemetery.
