Rita M. Feathers, 82, of Imler, passed away on Thursday, November 14, 2024 at Select Specialty Hospital in Johnstown.

She was born on November 8, 1942 in Roaring Spring; daughter of the late Calvin and Daisy (Lamburn) Corle.

On January 21, 1966 she married Charles Park Feathers, who preceded her in death on January 7, 2017.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, sister, Melda “Sally” Yingling, and 2 grandchildren, Chanelle and Treyjin Marshall, and son-in-law, Jeff Marshall.

She is survived by her daughters, Vanessa Feathers of Imler; Tina Marshall of Osterburg; 3 grandchildren, Tim Feathers of Imler; Shadoe Marshall (Seth Black) of Osterburg; Chaise Oldham of Imler.

Friends and family will be received on Monday, November 18 from 4 to 6 p.m. at the J. Edward Blackburn Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 19 at 11 a.m. with Pastor Kevin Imler officiating at the J. Edward Blackburn Funeral Home.

Interment will be at the Pavia Cemetery.
