Rena E. Berkey, 82, of Osterburg, passed away on Monday, June 15, 2020 at Conemaugh Hospital due to a massive stroke.

She was born on March 20, 1938, in Bedford Township, daughter of the late John and Agnes Stiffler.

She is preceded in death by her husband Benjamin Berkey and her parents.

Rena is survived by her son Bryan Berkey and wife Wendy of Osterburg; daughter Lisa Ketrow and husband Jacob of Maryville, TN; Grandchildren  - Tyler Claycomb of Gates, NC; Amanda and Joshua Henderson of Schellsburg; Spencer and Megan Claycomb of Maryville, TN; Marcella and Jacob Sercovich of Severville, TN; Lucas Berkey of Osterburg; Great-grandchildren  - Meah Henderson and 3 great-grandchildren on the way; as well as nieces and nephews.

Also surviving are brothers Sheldon and Marlene Stiffler of Queen; Tommy Stiffler of Imler; and Davey Stiffler of Imler.

Rena was a member of the Weyant United Methodist Church.  She will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

Friends and family will be received on Thursday, June 18, from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. at the J. Edward Blackburn Funeral Home.

The funeral service will be held Thursday, June 18, at 3 p.m. at the J. Edward Blackburn Funeral Home.

Interment will be at the Imler Valley Cemetery.
