Paul R. Cottle, 67, of New Paris, passed away on Monday, January 6, 2025 at home.

He was born on July 3, 1957 in Johnstown; son of the late Alvin and Vera R. (Perice) Cottle.

He is preceded in death by his parents, sisters, Nancy (Cottle) Osborne and Linda (Cottle) Holderbaum; and brother-in-law, Merlin Osborne.

Paul is survived by his son, Andrew Cottle; sister, Debbie Cottle of Alum Bank; brother-in-law, Dennis and wife Tina Holderbaum of Loysburg; nephew, Jeremy and wife Amber Holderbaum and their 3 boys of Shippensburg; nieces, Jeanette Holderbaum and fiancé Dennis Tompson and their 2 boys of Fishertown; Sarah Loomis and husband Daniel and their 2 children of Alum Bank; and nephew, Jacob Holderbaum of Alum Bank.

Paul loved the Steelers, racing, fishing, and Ocean City, Md. He will be missed by all who knew him.

At the request of Paul, he did not want any services.
