Patricia A. Hoover, 75, of Bedford, passed away on February 27, 2020 at Pennknoll Village.

She was born on October 31, 1944, in Reading, Pa; daughter of Charles E. and Edith (March) Hackman.

On April 24, 1993 she married Richard “Jack” Hoover.

She is preceded in death by her son James R. Mower Jr.; granddaughter, Heather Breidegam; six brothers, and two sisters.

She is survived by her children, Nora L. Seyler and husband James of West Lawn, Pa; Cynthia Farmer of Florida; Brenda A. Breidegam of Pottstown; 5 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren; sisters, Roseann Spayde and husband William of Fleetwood, Pa.

She was a member of St. John’s Church in Boyertown and Trinity Lutheran Church in Bedford.

At the request of the deceased there will be no services.
