Patricia Rae Cook, 47, of Manns Choice, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, November 12, 2016.

She was born on Aug. 14, 1969, in Bedford, daughter of Rick Winesickle and Ethel L. (Cook) King.

She is preceded in death by her father, Rick; grandmother, Beatrice M. Cook; and grandfather, William Henry Cook.

She is survived by her husband, Wilmer D. Chaney; mother, Ethel; children, Paul Eugene Cook and fiancé Nikki Miller of Bedford; Jamie Lee Cook of Breezewood; Desteni Buterbaugh of Bedford; Tiffany Buterbaugh of Bedford; step-daughters, Nicole and Rachael Chaney; Brother, Alan Chappel of Three Springs; sister, Shelia Whitfield of Palm Harbor, FL; and seven grandchildren.

Friends and family will be received on Friday, Nov. 18, 2016 from 4 to 6 p.m. at the J. Edward Blackburn Funeral Home.

In leui of flowers, donations may be made to the J. Edward Blackburn Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
