Pastor Jeffry K. Ling Sr., 75, of Schellsburg, went to be with his Heavenly Father on Monday, May 14, 2018 at Donahoe Manor.

He was born on December 8, 1942, in Scalp Level, son of the late John Kenneth and Helen Margaretta (Rose) Ling.

On July 3, 1977, he married Vicki (Hinson) Ling.

He is preceded in death by his parents; sister, Jean Farkas; niece, Ashley Farabaugh; and nephews, Jamie Ling and Chris Melott.

He is survived by his wife, Vicki; children, Jeffry K. Ling Jr. and wife Stacy of New Cumberland, Pa; Troy A. Mickle and wife Susan of Schellsburg; Jeremy P. Ling and wife Selena of Mechanicsburg; 6 grandchildren, Joshua Ling,  Zackery and Kaleb Mickle; Angelena, Lilliana, and Jeremy Ling Jr.; brothers, Jamie Ling Sr. and John Ling of Schellsburg; and sister, Judy Melott of Dover.

Friends and family will be received on Saturday, May 19, from 1 to 3 p.m. and 4 to 7 p.m. with a funeral service to follow at 7 p.m. at the Christ Victory Church in New Buena Vista, officiated by Pastor Pat Murphy.
