Nancy (Cottle) Osborne
Fishertown
Nancy (Cottle) Osborne, 80, of Fishertown, went to be with the Lord on January 17, 2021 at her sister, Debbie Cottles home.
She was born on June 24, 1940 in Monongahela, Pa; daughter of the late Alvin and Vera (Pierce) Cottle.
On September 5th, 1986, she married Merlin Osborne.
She is proceeded in death by her parents; husband, Merlin Osborne; and sister, Linda (Cottle) Holderbaum.
She is survived by her brother, Paul Cottle and sister, Debbie Cottle, both of Alum Bank; brother-in-law, Dennis Holderbaum of Alum Bank; nieces and nephews, Jeremy and Amber Holderbaum, along with Kohl, Alex, and Wyatt of Shippensburg; Jeanette Holderbaum and fiancé Dennis, along with son, Tyler of Alum Bank; Daniel and Sarah (Holderbaum) Loomis, along with, Alivya and Ryker of Alum Bank; and nephews, Jacob Holderbaum of Alum Bank and Andrew Cottle of East Berlin.
Nancy worked at the local Walmart in Everett. The family wants to give a special thank you to Penn Highlands, UPMC Family Hospice nurses and aides, Jada, Brenda and Lori for taking good care of her. And time spent with special friends, Sue High, and Susie Eby. She loved spending time with her family. She will be sadly missed.
Friends and family will be received on Tuesday, January 19, from 11 a.m. until the hour of the funeral service at 1 p.m. at the J. Edward Blackburn Funeral Home, with Sister Becky Clark officiating.
Interment at the Pleasantville Cemetery.
