Malcolm McLachlan, 57, of New Paris, formally of Johnstown PA, passed away August 2, 2015 at his home.

He was born on March, 8^th 1958 in Johnstown, PA, son of the late Eugene and Elsie (Miller) McLachlan.

On June 14^th, 2002, he married Helen (Black) McLachlan of Roaring Spring, PA.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by a step-son, Christopher Tucker of Erie, PA. Three siblings; sister, Nancy Seese of Roaring Spring ,brother  Alexander McLachlan and wife Diane of Johnstown, PA, brother Scott McLachlan and wife Cindy of Johnstown, PA. Several nieces and nephews and his beloved dog Stanley.

In 1977 Malcolm graduated from Greater Johnstown Area Vocational Technical School.  He was employed as a computer programmer. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

A memorial service will be held at the J. Edward Blackburn Funeral Home, Alum Bank on Saturday August 8^th at 11:00 AM.
