Lois Ann (Mock) Dull, 72, of Alum Bank, passed away on Monday, January 4, 2016 at her home, after a lengthy battle with cancer.
She was born on December 3, 1943, in Mechanicsburg, daughter of the late W. Paul and Geraldine R. Mock.
She is preceded in death by her parents; and in laws, Henry L. and Mary E. Dull.
On September 30, 1961, she married Harry V. Dull who survives with her children; Eric married to Kathy (Lohr) Dull of Alum Bank; Michael of Osterburg; Susan married to Jim Bence of Alum Bank; Evette married to Craig Smith of Alum Bank; and Janelle married to Robby Ickes of Alum Bank; also 15 grandchildren, Scott, Rosellen and fiancé Ryan, Tessa and husband Lamar, Tori, Matt, Dustin, Brant, Luke, Lexi, Levi, Zach, Landon, Clint, Leah, and Connor; and one great grandchild, Adi Grace; sister, Kay married to Joe Dull of Alum Bank; and brother, Richard P. Mock of Johnstown.
Lois was a stay at home mom who was very involved with her children and grandchildren’s lives. She was a person that loved and enjoyed life to its fullest. She was a very active member of God’s Missionary Church in Alum Bank.
Friends and family will be received on Thursday, Jan. 7, 2016 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at the God’s Missionary Church in Alum Bank, and on Friday, Jan. 8, 2016 from 10 a.m. until the hour of the funeral service at 11 a.m. with Pastor Becky Clark officiating at the God’s Missionary Church.
Interment will be held at the Mock Church Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Grane Hospice Care of Hollidaysburg, 106 Zee Plaza Hollidaysburg, Pa 16648.
