Leone L. (Davis) Carson Mann, 82, of Barefoot Rd, Alum Bank, died at 5:34 A.M., Saturday Nov. 22, 2014, at home.
Leone was born on July 30, 1932, the daughter of the late Ivan and Daisy (Burket) Davis. She married Clark T. Carson on May 23, 1950. He preceded her in death on Aug. 4, 2000. She then married Melvin B. Mann on Sept. 13, 2003.
She is survived by husband Melvin; two sons, Galen C. married to Linda (Claar) Carson and Delmas E. married to Lola (Williams) Carson; three step children Debra married to Jim Miller, Terrie married to Dave Gunter, and Douglas Mann; three grandchildren, Renee married to Daniel Harbaugh, Michael married to Tammy (Ronan) Carson, and Selena married to Kevin Imler; seven great grandchildren Trenton and Alexis Harbaugh; Riley, Kalie, and Kloe Carson; and Alex and Alyssa Imler; five step-grandchildren and eight great step-grandchildren; Her surviving brothers and sisters are Helen Allison, Shelby Davis, and Ernest Davis all of Alum Bank; Kenneth Davis of Imler; Irene (Kiser) Evans and Sharon Hoppner of Colorado; and Eileen Pardo of Arizona.
She was preceded in death by two brothers Howard and Gerald Davis and three sisters Linda, Dorothy, and Delores Barefoot.
She retired from Kennametal in 1992 after 35 years of service. She attended Claysburg Church of God for 52 years and then attended Chestnut Ridge Independent Fellowship Church for the past 3 years. She also enjoyed crocheting, word find puzzles, and putting puzzles together.
Friends and family will be received at the Chestnut Ridge Independent Fellowship Church Monday, Nov. 24, 2014 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. and on Tuesday, Nov. 25, 2014 from 10 a.m. until the hour of the funeral service at 11 a.m., at the Chestnut Ridge Independent Fellowship Church, with Pastor Daniel Oldham officiating.
Interment will be at the Fishertown Cemetery.
