Kay Ann Barefoot, 54, of Alum Bank, passed away on Tuesday, February 16, 2021 at UPMC Altoona.

She was born on January 24, 1967; daughter of David Ebersole and Nancy Ebersole and Step-mother, MaryAnn Ebersole.

She is preceded in death by her Mother, Nancy Ebersole.

She is survived by her husband, Mark Barefoot; daughter, Andrea Barefoot; granddaughter, Hadley Overdorff; sister, Denise Dacus married to Jack Dacus of Texas.

She graduated from Chestnut Ridge High School, and she was a cook at the Chestnut Ridge Middle School. Her granddaughter was very special to her. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

Friends and family will be received on Friday, February 19 from 10 a.m. until the hour of the funeral service at 12 p.m. at the J. Edward Blackburn Funeral Home.

Interment will be held at the Pleasantville Cemetery.
