Karen Lee Wyant, 63, of Duncansville, went to be with the Lord on August 16, 2016 at her home.
She was born on October 25, 1952 in Bedford, the daughter of the late Robert and Charlotte (Weaver) Marshall of Imler.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, James Marshall.
She is survived by her husband, Richard Wyant of Duncansville; brother Robert and wife Margaret Marshall of Dansbury, Texas; brother John and wife Brenda Marshall of Moyer, OK; brother Gary and wife Debora Marshall of Martinsburg, PA; sister Kathy Marshall of Imler; brother-in-law John and wife Paula Wyant of Duncansville; brother-in-law Don and wife Marcia Wyant of Duncansville; brother-in-law Joe and wife Linda Wyant of Duncansville; sister-in-law Mary wife of Tom Wills of Duncansville; and sister-in-law Diane Wyant and fiancé Charlie Fagan of Newry.
Karen was a 1970 graduate of Chestnut Ridge High School and worked at the Cove Shoe Factory for 29 years. She enjoyed bingo, cards, flea markets, auctions, crocheting, and watching football – especially the Steelers.
Friends and family will be received on Thursday, August 18, 2016 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. at the J. Edward Blackburn Funeral Home and on Friday, August 19, 2016 from 1 p.m. until the hour of the funeral service at 2 p.m., with Pastor Daniel Oldham officiating at the J. Edward Blackburn Funeral Home.
Interment at the Imler Cemetery.
