He was born on July 8, 1997, in Bedford; son of Wayne E. Clark and the late Tina M. Robinson.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Tina M. Robinson; uncle, Jimmy Jones; grandmother, Emma Kelly; grandfather, Henry Jones and special grandfather Robert P. Harvey.

He is survived by his father, Wayne E. Clark; brother, Robert P. Clark; sister, Mesa Shay Clark; uncle, Harry Kelly; grandmother, Barbara J. Harvey. He is survived by many Aunts, Uncles, nieces and nephews.

James is an organ donor.
