Harry W. Wolfe, 78, of Fishertown, passed away on Tuesday, July 12 , 2022 at home.

He was born on May 15, 1944 in Fishertown; son of the late, John H. Wolfe Sr. and Alice (Gordon) Wolfe.

On April 27, 1968, he married Marcia L. (Smith) Wolfe, she preceded him in death on April 21, 2022.

He is preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Dot Rowzer and Ethel Smith; and brother, John Wolfe II.

He is survived by his children, William (Matt) and wife Shannon (Penrod) Rhodes; Melissa (Wolfe) and husband Daniel Dovala; and Robert H. Wolfe; 3 grandchildren, Bradley Rhodes and wife Jessica; Branden Rhodes and wife Megan; and Teddy Miller; 3 great-grandchildren; and sister, Shirley Oldham of New Paris.

Harry was a member of the Army National Guard and the Pleasantville VFW. He retired from Lane Metal then retired driving truck from Hernley Harvesting.

Harry enjoyed playing bluegrass music, camping, fishing, riding motorcycles and family gatherings. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

Friends and family will be received on Friday, July 15th from 4 to 8 p.m. at the J. Edward Blackburn Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 16 at 11 a.m. with Pastor Neal Weaver officiating at the J. Edward Blackburn Funeral Home.

Interment will be at the Stone Church Cemetery.
