Harry Veryl Dull, 85, of Alum Bank, went to be with the Jesus on Saturday, December 7, 2024 at home.

He was born on April 13, 1939 at home in Pleasantville; son of the late Henry L. and Mary E. Dull.

On September 30, 1961, he married Lois A. (Mock) Dull, who preceded him in death on January 4, 2016.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, in-laws, W. Paul and Geraldine R. Mock, sister, Donna Holderbaum, and brother-in-laws, R. Allen Mock and Reed Holderbaum, and sister-in-law, Linda Dull.

Harry is survived by his children, Eric married to Kathy (Lohr) of Alum Bank; Michael of Osterburg; Susan married to Jim Bence of Alum Bank; Evette married to Craig Smith of Alum Bank; and Janelle married to Robby Ickes of Alum Bank; 15 grandchildren, Scott and wife Katlyn, Rosellen, Tessa and husband Lamar, Tori and husband Adam, Matt and wife Jordyn, Dustin and wife Dakota, Brant and wife Emily, Luke, Lexi, Levi and wife Sidney, Zach, Landon, Clint, Leah, Connor and Joanna; and 15 great-grandchildren, and a little girl expected April 2025; brother, Joe Dull married to Kay; sister, Ethel Mock married to the late Allen; brother, Bob Dull married to the late Linda Ickes and brother-in-law, Richard P. Mock of Florida.

Harry was an autobody and painter, he started out at his dad’s business Dull’s Auto Wreckers, then went to Bumgardners of Windber for 20 plus years and then opened his own business, Harry’s Auto.  

He enjoyed any type of hunting, going to auctions, races, traveling, riding motorcycles, and spending time with his wife and family.
He was an active member of God’ Missionary Church of Alum Bank, Pa.

Friends and family will be received on Wednesday, December 11 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at the God’s Missionary Church, and on Thursday, December 12th from 10 a.m. until the hour of the service at 11 a.m. with Pastors Timothy Ellis and Becky Clark officiating at the God’s Missionary Church.

Interment will be held at the Mock Church Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Mark Mock Memorial Park, Alum Bank.
