Dustin Dodson, 41, of Alum Bank, passed away on Sunday, May 14, 2023.

He was born on September 4, 1981 in Bedford; son of Jack M. Sr. and Mary Ann (Smyers) Dodson.

On May 30, 2009, he married Shery (Mock) Dodson.

He is survived by his parents; wife, Shery; Daughter, Addison; brother, Jack Dodson Jr.; sister, Rebecca Allison; cousin/brother, Jared Galliher; and best friend/brother, Jim Robinson; and “additional daughter,” Jolynn Mickle.

Dustin graduated from NBC High School in 2000. He loved hunting, fishing, riding, camping, and especially his little girl. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

Friends and family will be received on Wednesday, May 17th from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. at the J. Edward Blackburn Funeral Home.

Burial will be for the family held at the Dodson family farm.
