Charles “Clem” Miller, 84, of Alum Bank, went to be with the Lord on Friday, March 3, 2023.

He was born on December 29, 1938; son of the late Fred F. and Evelyn (Dull) Miller.

Clem married Carol Jones on February 23, 1960 and they celebrated 60 years of marriage before her passing on June 16, 2020.

He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Carol; sister, Cindy Miller and granddaughter Jenna (Valentine) Hinish.

He is survived by his two daughters, Annette Wolfhope wife of Steve of Alum Bank; and Jeanette Valentine wife of Jeff of Clearville; granddaughters, Sarah (Wolfhope) Cover wife of Matthew, of Dunmore, WV; Breidi (Wolfhope) Moomaw wife of Trey of Broadway, VA; Jennessa (Valentine) Bennett wife of Brandon, of Everett; great-grandchildren, Jayden and Colton Cover; Bhodi Weyandt; Nevaeh Bennett; Keyan and Kenton Hinish; sisters, Joyce Hoagland wife of Fred of Bedford; Carol P. Walter wife of Harry “Bob” of Hummelstown, PA.

Clem retired from Operating Engineers Local 66 after many years of traveling to many parts of PA and other states for pipeline construction. He enjoyed reading his Bible everyday and watching NASCAR and keeping his lawn mowed.

Clem attended Faith Brethren Bible Church, New Paris.

Service at convenience of the family with Pastor Jim Espenshade.
