Charles Richard Penny, 59, of Bedford, passed away on March 1, 2021 at UPMC Altoona.

He was born on November 10, 1961; son of Robert Arlen Penny and Nancy Ellen (McGirr) Penny Craven.

On June 18, 2005, he married Lori Ann Penny.

He is preceded in death by his parents; sister, Darcee Pasco; step-father, Cecil Wayne Craven; and step-mother, Mary Elisabeth Penny.

He is survived by his wife, Lori; children, Ray Arlen Penny of Dubois; Elias Montgomery Penny of Berlin; Jessica Ann Cross of Bedford; David Matthew Craft of Bedford; Kenneth Douglas Craft of Deltona, Florida; mother-in-law, Eva V. Howell of Bedford; one grandchild, Taylor Ann Kille; brothers, Robert Penny and wife Dianna of Ohio; Craig Penny of Ohio; and Don Penny and wife April of Ohio.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 6, 2021 at 11 a.m. with Pastor Dan Oldham officiating at the Chestnut Ridge Independent Fellowship Church.
