Charles Linburg Keller

Charles Linburg Keller, 88, of Bedford, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 6, 2015, at home.
He was born on Aug. 17, 1927, in Buffalo Mills, son of the late William and Celia (Corey) Keller.
He was married to Carol (Platter).
He was preceded in death by his parents, first wife, Janet Feathers, and a brother, Harry.
He is survived by his wife, Carol (Platter); sons, Roger of Oklahoma; and Gary of Bedford; and step children Amiee Miller, wife, of Kerry Miller, of Meyersdale; Kathy Garlitz, wife of Chirs Garlitz, of Grantsville, Md.; and Wendy Frickey, of Confluence; and five step grandchildren.
Charles was a truck driver for Kelly Springfield and he loved blue grass music. He will be greatly missed by family and friends.
Friends and family will be received at the J. Edward Blackburn Funeral Home, Thursday, Oct. 8, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m.
The funeral service will be held Friday, Oct. 9, at 11 a.m. at the J. Edward Blackburn Funeral Home, with Pastor John Bennett officiating.
Military rites will be accorded by the Fort Bedford Honor Guard.
Interment will be held at Bedford County Memorial Park.
