Barbara Jean Kinsey, 57, of Alum Bank, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, October 9, 2017 at home.

She was born on Aug. 26, 1960, in Johnstown, daughter of the late Bernard and Dorothy (Navaski) Hunter.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Susan; brothers, Butch, Joe, and Donnie.

She is survived by her loving spouse Fred Kinsey; children, Amy Kinsey of Bedford; Michael and wife Valene Kinsey of Bedford; 4 grandchildren, Natalie Cooper; Alexa Fetter; Chase Kinsey; and Brinley Kinsey; brothers, Danny and wife Kathy Hunter of Martinsburg; Jimmy and wife Cora Hunter of South Fork; sisters, Alice and husband Jack Rea of Alum Bank; Theresa and husband Juan Ortiz of Alum Bank; Janet Johnson of Maryland; Mary Ann and husband Tom Janiga of Maryland; and Dorothy and husband Kevin Reeder of Maryland.
