Thelma (Fleegle) Webb Horvath, 95, of Alum Bank, passed away on February 24, 2024 at Bedford Skilled Nursing.

She was born on November 11, 1928 in Ryot; daughter of the late Jordan W. and Estella (Dull) Fleegle.

She is preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Bonnie; first husband, Forrest Webb; second husband, Andrew “Andy” Horvath; brothers, Frank and Don.

She is survived by her sons, Rodney and wife Gina Webb of Wyoming; Raymond and wife Sharon Webb of New Paris; 2 grandchildren, Alisha and husband Jason McDaniel, and Haley Webb; sisters, Junella Sell of Ohio; and Sandra and husband Thomas Shaffer of Schellsburg.

Friends and family will be received on Thursday, February 29 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Dunning’s Creek Church of the Brethren and on Friday, March 1st from 9 a.m. until the hour of the funeral service at 11 a.m. with Pastor Eric Larson officiating at the Dunning’s Creek Church of the Brethren.
